Accepting a proposal I rejected yesterday fails with Proposal ... was rejected

Rejected this one in a hurry, then realised two of the three files were fine.

Proposal 20250210-171204-generate-c41b8e was rejected

The directory is still there with all the files in it. Is there an un-reject, or do I re-run the agent and pay for it twice?

No un-reject. The status in the manifest is the audit trail, and flipping it back would make "rejected" mean nothing.
You do not need to re-run anything, though. The proposal directory is just files:

The two files you want are under proposals/<id>/files/. Copy them into place yourself, run sdods lint, commit. That is exactly what accept would have done, minus the manifest stamp.
Cheaper habit for next time: reject with a reason, so the thing you are throwing away is recorded.

And if you are undecided, leave it pending. sdods proposals list --status pending is a working queue; nothing expires it. Rejecting is for "this was wrong", not for "not today".
