hint: Known projects: demo-shop, rwa-bank, sdods-web.Fine, that was a typo. But is the hint the whole list, or only the ones that resolved cleanly? I have a half-finished project folder in there too and it does not appear.

It is the whole list of discovered projects, and discovery is simple: every directory under projects/ that contains a sdods.project.yaml. A folder without that file is skipped silently, which is why your half-finished one is invisible.

Note that discovery is not lazy — every project file is parsed on startup. So a project with a broken yaml does not go missing, it takes the whole command down with its own error instead.
