sdods agent heal ends with Agent job ... failed: unknown and I cannot find a log

sdods agent heal -p demo-shop --scenario 4b19e0 --max-turns 30

Nothing under proposals/. sdods agent jobs lists the job with the same empty error. Adding --events prints the turns up to about turn eleven and then just stops, mid tool call, no error line.

Same scenario heals fine with --adapter fake obviously, and fine on a colleague's machine with the same project. Difference is I am on the Codex adapter and they are on a key. Where does the adapter's own stderr go? Is there anything under .sdods/agent-jobs/ beyond what jobs prints?
