The error is the list, and it is generated from the same constant the parser uses, so it cannot drift. Beyond that:
--caps all turns everything on.core,analyze,run,data,schedules — note that agentsand issues are deliberately off.
sdods mcp --list-tools prints what your combination actually resolves to, which is the answeryou usually want rather than the capability names.
